MULIT SHAFT MIXERS

MIKRONS® High Speed Dispersers are designed for intensive high speed, high shear mixing and dispersion of products such as inks, paints, coatings, dhesives, sealants, various dispersions, and similar products of low to medium viscosity. The mixers typically consist of a single High Speed Shaft mounted in the center of the mixing vessel.

MIKRONS® Dual disperser are mixers that will disperse pastes far too heavy for single shaft Speed Dispersers in excess of 300,000 centipoises. This MIKRONS® dual mixer is a two machine in one combining the dispersing action of a high speed shaft and disc impeller with the high shear action of the heavy duty open impeller.

 

 Mikrons Multishaft mixers are suitable for mixing and dispersing materials with high viscosity above 1000,000 cps that tend to stick to the wall of mixing vessel. High speed blade disperse materials at a tip speed of 5200 feet per minute, while open type impeller, rotating at 300 to 1300 feet per minute, keeps the high viscous materials flowing.
